Marie-Pierre Piazza welcomes you all year round to Ferme de Renard in Demi-Quartier. For the Heart, it provides extra fresh eggs, vegetables from the vegetable garden, fruits and jams, milk-fed veal and beef. All this according to a natural production method, the old-fashioned way, respecting nature and its animals.
The cheeses and milk from Cœur de Megève are delivered every day by Eric and Martine Bouchex, who ripen them between Flumet and their mountain pasture at the Col des Aravis where they keep their herd of 30 dairy cows. In the world of agriculture since their childhood, they have defended an old and reasoned agriculture.
