Our biggest concern is to ensure your safety and that of our teams. We have implemented strict hygiene measures within the hotel and have appointed a Covid representative to accompany you and answer your questions. These measures are regularly updated according to government recommendations.
Things are uncertain at the moment, and we are here to help you. For this winter, we have a flexible policy in place with free cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival date. Send us an email or call reception and we will take care of everything. If you made your booking through a third party platform, please check their cancellation policy.
For stays between 19 December 2020 and 3 January 2021, and between 6 February and 6 March 2021, cancel your stay free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date. Some rates are subject to special conditions - you will find all the information in our general terms and conditions at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.
To help you plan your stay and make the most of your holiday, a Covid representative is always available at the hotel to answer your questions.
