Our plan for Covid-19

Our biggest concern is to ensure your safety and that of our teams. We have implemented strict hygiene measures within the hotel and have appointed a Covid representative to accompany you and answer your questions. These measures are regularly updated according to government recommendations.

Update of our cancellation policy

Things are uncertain right now, and we're here to help you. Reservations for any stay between July 3 and September 30 are cancellable up to 48 hours before your arrival. Send us an email or call the reception, we will take care of everything. If you made your reservation through a third party platform, please check their cancellation policy.

For stays after September 30, 2020, our usual cancellation policy applies. Some rates are subject to special conditions - you will find all the information in our terms and conditions at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.

Our on-site actions

To help you prepare your stay and make the most of your holiday, a Covid representative is permanently available at the hotel to answer your questions.

Hygiene and disinfection

  • Sanitary kits made available to our customers and our teams containing masks, hydro-alcoholic sprays and small keys designed to be able to touch lift buttons and door handles in complete safety

  • Hydroalcoholic gel available for self-service in all public areas of the hotel

  • Disinfection of the premises by an approved body before reopening and establishment of protocols for regular disinfection of public places and contact zones

  • Mandatory face mask in the public areas of the hotel when our guests are on the move.

  • Limitation of the occupancy rate to allow our teams to completely disinfect each room after each departure.

Safety distances

  • Room service available for breakfast, lunch and dinner

  • Dedicated table to every guest room in our restaurant

  • Safety distances around our reception areas marked out on the ground

  • Contactless payment secure in all our points of sale

Control procedures

  • Quarantine procedure for our teams and a ban on business travel

  • Temperature check daily for all employees

  • Training and awareness of our teams to the rules of hygiene on site and government directives
