Friendly and neat, our homemade cuisine gives pride of place to local products and seasonality, to timeless recipes revisited with quality ingredients. Anchored in the Savoyard terroir, the address favours an organic and responsible approach: the vegetables come from the nearby Ferme du Renard, the cheeses are delivered by Éric and Martine Bouchex, who ripen them between Flumet and their mountain pastures.
A true heart of the hotel, our bar "Le Meige" is a meeting place where our teams welcome you for a press coffee in the morning or to enjoy cocktails in the evening. The Meige reminds us of the immediate proximity of skiers and the ice layers that animate the surrounding glaciers.
