Coming to the hotel

How to get to the hotel?

Megève is very easily accessible by plane, train or car:

By plane : Geneva International Airport, allow 1 hour for a car transfer from the airport.

By train : Sallanches-Combloux-Megève is the nearest station, less than 30 minutes from the hotel by car. The Bellegarde and Geneva Cornavin or Geneva Airport stations, which are better served, are about 1h15 by car from the hotel.

By car : at the roundabout at the entrance of Megève take the rue d'Oberstdorf in the direction of Altiport-Côte 2000. 100 meters after the roundabout, take the paved pedestrian street (the second on the right - Rue Charles Feige). At the entrance of the street, call the reception desk and enter the code given on the terminal. Drive at low speed for 300 metres. The hotel is then on your left.

Where can I park my car?

We have a limited number of parking spots available at the Casino Car Park, located 50 metres away from the hotel. Please enquire for a pass at the reception.

Your stay

What time is my room available?

From 3pm onwards. If you arrive early, we can keep your luggage and will do our best to give you the room before the time.

When do I have to leave my room?

At 11am. We will do our best to accommodate late check-out requests.

Can you store my luggage?

We keep your luggage without any problem before your check-in and after your check-out. If you wish to have more space in the room, we can also store your luggage during your stay.

Where are the ski lifts located?

The Chamois cable cars are located in the centre of the village, 3 minutes walk from the hotel. They give you access to the massifs of Rochebrune and Mont d'Artois. The other lifts, notably the Jaillet lift, are served by the Meg-Bus shuttles.

Where can I rent sports equipment?

Coeur de Megève works with the Ski Concept store, located at the foot of the Chamois cable car. You will find all the necessary equipment for winter sports, a free deposit with boot dryer, and an exclusive selection of top-of-the-range skis available for rent.

Does the hotel have a ski room?

Yes, you can leave your skis, boots and small equipment there.

Where to buy ski passes?

Ski passes are on sale at the hotel reception desk.

Can I rent a bike?

Electric mountain bikes are available throughout the summer season at the hotel. All you have to do is ask for them at the reception desk (subject to availability).

Do you have a dry cleaning service?

Laundry bags are available in your room. Give your bag to the reception desk or leave it in plain view in your room after filling out the dry cleaning sheet.

Do you accept dogs?

Small dogs are allowed (10 kg maximum) for an additional cost per night. When you arrive, a beautiful dog bed and bowls will await your faithful companion.

Bookings, modifications and cancellations

What are the cancellation conditions?

Depending on the rate chosen at the time of your reservation, your reservation is either non-refundable or refundable up to a certain number of days before your arrival. Check the confirmation email received at the time of booking, or read our full Terms of Sale.

How do I change my reservation?

You can modify your reservation by clicking the link received in your confirmation email or by contacting the reception directly at +33 4 50 21 25 30.

When is my credit card charged?

Payment for a reservation is processed within 48 hours of booking.

Rooms

What are the different categories of rooms?

Our 39 rooms are all different and divided into 8 categories, from the smallest to the largest: Cosy, Comfort, Superior, Superior with Terrace, Duplex Junior Suite, Junior Suite, Family Suite and Suite.

What equipment is available in my room?

All our rooms have a safe, a tea and coffee machine, bathrobes and towels, Grown Alchemist bath amenities, a Vifa Bluetooth speaker, a TV with Apple and Android screen sharing and free and unlimited Wifi fiber optic access.

Can my children sleep in my room?

With the exception of the Family Suite and Duplex Junior Suite categories, our rooms can accommodate a maximum of two people. We have communicating rooms and can configure the beds in twin on request.

Will my room be identical to the pictures on the website?

Our rooms are all different, the photographs on the website only illustrate the different categories available. For more information about your room, or if you have specific requests, please contact the reception to book.

Do you have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?

The hotel is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility and has two rooms adapted to PRM.

Eat & drink

When is breakfast served?

Buffet breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10:30am in the hotel restaurant. Check the breakfast menu here.

What are the restaurant's hours?

The restaurant serves you from 12:30pm to 2:30pm and from 7pm to 11pm. Check the restaurant's menu here.

Is there a room service?

We offer room service from 7:30am to 11pm. Click here to check the room service menu.

Do you offer half board?

The hotel does not offer half board. However, we can book a table at the restaurant for the duration of your stay.
