Megève is very easily accessible by plane, train or car:
By plane : Geneva International Airport, allow 1 hour for a car transfer from the airport.
By train : Sallanches-Combloux-Megève is the nearest station, less than 30 minutes from the hotel by car. The Bellegarde and Geneva Cornavin or Geneva Airport stations, which are better served, are about 1h15 by car from the hotel.
By car : at the roundabout at the entrance of Megève take the rue d'Oberstdorf in the direction of Altiport-Côte 2000. 100 meters after the roundabout, take the paved pedestrian street (the second on the right - Rue Charles Feige). At the entrance of the street, call the reception desk and enter the code given on the terminal. Drive at low speed for 300 metres. The hotel is then on your left.
We have a limited number of parking spots available at the Casino Car Park, located 50 metres away from the hotel. Please enquire for a pass at the reception.

From 3pm onwards. If you arrive early, we can keep your luggage and will do our best to give you the room before the time.

We keep your luggage without any problem before your check-in and after your check-out. If you wish to have more space in the room, we can also store your luggage during your stay.
The Chamois cable cars are located in the centre of the village, 3 minutes walk from the hotel. They give you access to the massifs of Rochebrune and Mont d'Artois. The other lifts, notably the Jaillet lift, are served by the Meg-Bus shuttles.
Coeur de Megève works with the Ski Concept store, located at the foot of the Chamois cable car. You will find all the necessary equipment for winter sports, a free deposit with boot dryer, and an exclusive selection of top-of-the-range skis available for rent.
Yes, you can leave your skis, boots and small equipment there.
Ski passes are on sale at the hotel reception desk.
Electric mountain bikes are available throughout the summer season at the hotel. All you have to do is ask for them at the reception desk (subject to availability).
Laundry bags are available in your room. Give your bag to the reception desk or leave it in plain view in your room after filling out the dry cleaning sheet.
Small dogs are allowed (10 kg maximum) for an additional cost per night. When you arrive, a beautiful dog bed and bowls will await your faithful companion.

Our 39 rooms are all different and divided into 8 categories, from the smallest to the largest: Cosy, Comfort, Superior, Superior with Terrace, Duplex Junior Suite, Junior Suite, Family Suite and Suite.
All our rooms have a safe, a tea and coffee machine, bathrobes and towels, Grown Alchemist bath amenities, a Vifa Bluetooth speaker, a TV with Apple and Android screen sharing and free and unlimited Wifi fiber optic access.
With the exception of the Family Suite and Duplex Junior Suite categories, our rooms can accommodate a maximum of two people. We have communicating rooms and can configure the beds in twin on request.
