Born in Passy in the Mont Blanc region, Christian Julliard takes over the helm of Cœur de Megève as General Manager and Executive Chef after three decades working alongside Alain Ducasse. Bringing a distinctly alpine heritage to the restaurant, he celebrates the products, the know-how and the men and women who are the beating heart of the place. His motto: "Tradition, Evolution, Modernity".
From Genoa to the Southern Alps, from the Swiss Alps to the Austrian valleys, the culinary identity of the restaurant is alpine. A bottle of Petite Arvine or charcuterie from the Val d'Aoste, wines from Piedmont and lemons from Menton, fresh fish from nearby mountain lakes, white truffles that grow in the foothills of the Alps, the products selected by Christian Julliard and his team speak of these regions rich in taste.
Feminine, elegant and colourful, our cuisine also takes on a more cheeky air with ham and truffle crozets, snails from the Magland farm or 'land and sea' gnocchi with cockles, chanterelles and samphire.
In the early evening, head to our cocktail bar to enjoy tasty custom-made cocktails and other great classics with a selection of small sharing plates.
