The latest of the village's festive restaurants, Verde opens its doors in place of the mythical Sauvageonne. The Mediterranean-inspired menu is signed Yannick Plassart & Christophe Giorgi. The large dining room, named Tribe, vibrates all night long to the rhythm of DJ sets and performers.
